Certified Sommelier Program
The Certified Sommelier Program is a fundamental part of the WineMasters commitment to provide excellent wine education while discovering extraordinary wines at every price from every prominent wine region in the world.
Only wines that have passed the approval of our panel of Certified Sommeliers are given the WineMasters Seal of Approval.
The WineMasters panel taste thousands of wine each year and only a handful get selected. This leads to a more thorough, consistent and substantive choice process than other stores. In fact, only about 200 wines have currently met their standards.
Choosing wine should be an adventure and it should be fun. Therefore, we encourage you to Venture Beyond your “known zone” and fearlessly discover the possibilities of a WineMasters selection.
There is a Certified Sommelier allocated to each store so that they can assist the customer with their wine selection process. They are there to help customers overcome the complexity of choice, the worry of price and the fear of disappointment, all which are often major deterrents to trying new wines.
